1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LaunchPad YT ("the Platform," "Service," or "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. LaunchPad YT is operated by LaunchPad YT ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Use of Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

2.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate or infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Spam, advertise, or solicit other users without permission
• Manipulate the credit or upvote system through artificial means
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform limitations
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without written permission

3. Credits and Payments

3.1 Credit System

Credits are the virtual currency used on LaunchPad YT to access premium features. Credits can be earned through community engagement or purchased. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, except where legally required.

3.2 Purchasing Credits

When you purchase credits, you agree that:

• All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe)
• Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing purchases
• All sales are final unless otherwise required by law
• Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion

3.3 Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

3.4 Reviewer Earnings

Reviewers earn credits for completed reviews, minus the platform commission. Payout requests must meet minimum thresholds and are subject to verification. We reserve the right to withhold payouts if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit to LaunchPad YT ("User Content"). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2 Content Standards

All User Content must:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not infringe on any third party's rights
• Not contain offensive, abusive, or inappropriate material
• Not contain spam or unauthorized advertising

4.3 Platform Content

The Platform itself, including its design, features, functionality, and all content not submitted by users, is owned by LaunchPad YT and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our express written permission.

5. Reviews and Expert Services

5.1 Expert Reviews

Expert reviews are opinions provided by independent reviewers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or usefulness of any review. Reviews are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

5.2 Amendment Requests

Users are limited to 5 lifetime amendment requests across all reviews. Amendment requests must be reasonable and specific. Reviewers are not required to completely rewrite reviews.

5.3 Disputes

Users may dispute a review if they believe it does not meet quality standards. Each user is limited to 2 lifetime disputes. Dispute decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings.

Unused credits will be forfeited upon account termination or deletion, except where legally required to provide refunds.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUNCHPAD YT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

7.3 YouTube Results Not Guaranteed

We make no guarantees that following advice from reviews or community feedback will result in YouTube success, increased views, subscribers, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LaunchPad YT and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
